James Woof

James joins the Ray White Lara team having been professionally exposed to 9 years of varied customer service experience split across the real estate industry and some of Geelong’s premier and iconic hospitality venues.   

From 2020-2023 was James’ first introduction to the property industry which started in land sales at one of the largest masterplan estates in Victoria. In his first year within his core team he was a part of breaking the state record for most amount of land sales in a calendar year which gave him a taste of the industry in a fast-paced environment.

But the most impactful aspect of what James values being in the industry is the client journey. His proactive and inquisitive approach ensures all clients are equipped with the required tools and resources to empathetically achieve the best outcome for them in an exciting and emotional stage in their lives.  

Having grown up and living in Geelong for most of his life, he has deep community involvement across a broad range of areas with interest in sports, pop culture and anything bar/food related to name a few. He also is a keen traveller and loves to hear the travel plans of others to inspire additional ideas to add to his itineraries.

Having been exposed to working in customer service roles, James instinctively understands and holds in high regard the importance of this in his approach, tailoring a unique experience with everyone he is fortunate to cross paths with.
