With a strong background in customer service and healthcare, Paola has joined Ray White Lara as an administrator.

After spending the past six years working in nursing, she has transitioned into the real estate industry, bringing with her exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people.

Throughout her nursing career, Paola developed the ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and build trusting relationships with people from all walks of life. She now applies these skills to creating a welcoming experience for clients, supporting the sales team, coordinating appointments and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Paola is committed to delivering outstanding service with warmth, empathy, and attention to detail. She understands that buying or selling a home is an important milestone, and she strives to ensure every client feels valued, informed, and supported from their very first interaction with the agency.

Outside of work, Paola enjoys continuing to learn about the real estate industry and is committed to growing her knowledge and skills as she builds a long-term career in property.
