Opened in May 2008 by Director Jo Boothroyd, and backed by Australia’s largest Real Estate Network, Ray White Lara has gone from strength to strength.

Jo has hand picked and nurtured the entire team which has grown to more than 22 exceptionally loyal staff who are all committed to a culture of excellence, integrity and innovation. Our team consists of the young and dynamic through to the industry’s most established and respected agents, all of whom radiate enthusiasm and energy for their clients and their careers.

We believe that the reason Ray White Lara has been able to become as successful as it is today can be attributed to the constant recruitment of a balanced cross-section of experienced personnel as well as individuals starting out in the industry.
