Current Job Vacancy – Sales Administration / Marketing

The Position – 

Operating within a highly organised team and reporting directly to the Business Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Sales Campaign Management from start to finish including but not limited to:
  • Social Media Content Creation & Management
    • Property File Compliance
    • Liaising with solicitors and conveyancers for property-related legal documentation
    • Preparation, creation and updating property marketing assets
    • Preparing and maintaining property files for settlement.
    • Contract Exchanges
    • Property file compliance
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure a high level of customer service and a seamless experience from start to finish for their clients.
  • Reception and General Admin Support when required.

This role is Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:15, with no weekends required.
