August 2019 Wrap Up

Well, what a way to finish off Winter!

In August we celebrated our annual Ray White Victoria/Tasmania Awards Evening and are extremely proud to come away with 20 nominations! A huge effort from everyone in the team and we certainly could not have achieved all that we did without our incredible clients who trust us day in and day out with their most valuable assets.

Special mentions go to Zac Boothroyd, our amazing Business Manager who won Operations Manager of the Year, Terry Cleary and Matt Wade, and their teams, who came in at number 6 and number 9 Salesperson of the Year, and to Terry for also taking out Clients Choice and International Clients Choice of the Year. Congratulations once again we are so proud of you.

Our Property Management team also finished off the cool season on a hot note with average days on market still sitting at just 11 days and our vacancy rate hovering at 1%. Now is the time to speak to us if you have a property to lease out, especially if you aren’t achieving these results with your current agent.

The team also attended training at Ray White’s Ignite conference in August, further improving on skills and knowledge of the industry’s trends, and gaining insights from some of our top performers. Our key takeaways from training are already being implemented into our business in order to improve our systems to provide the best service to our clients.

As we say goodbye to the cooler months and hello to Spring, we would like to thank each and every one of our clients who have supported us through the last financial year, our achievements are your achievements and we could not have had our successes without you. Thank you!
