We have had a fantastic start to the new financial year and a great month in all areas of the business!
Firstly, we would like to congratulate Jo and our Property Management team on achieving the Alan White Elite status for Property Management, recognising our success in new business and growth. This is a fantastic achievement for the whole team and we would like to say thank you to each and every client who has chosen us to manage their investments.
Our leasing team were very busy, hosting 165 open homes and leasing 26 properties in July. Our average days on market has dropped down to just 12 days with a vacancy rate of 0%! This is incredible for our landlords who all generated a rental income while being on the market for lease last month. During July, Sales Agent Maddison Boothroyd and Property Manager Jenna Kerr presented at the Lara Secondary College careers night. Both women were lucky enough to share insights into their careers in the industry with local students, giving them a taste of what it takes to be a real estate agent. Thank you again to Lara Secondary College for inviting us to be a part of a fantastic evening.
Director Jo and Business Manager Zac flew up to Sydney this month to attend the Ray White Leadership Academy. Jo and Zac were amongst the top leaders in the Ray White group, gaining insight into what makes a business successful and how we can continue to provide the best service to our clients.
Wrapping up, we would like to once again welcome our newest member into the Ray White Lara family. Sales agent Matthew Wade-Taylor and Property Manager Lani Fawcett welcomed beautiful Billie Rose Taylor into the world on July 13th. Congratulations to you both, we can’t wait to meet her!
