A Little Ray of Giving 2019

Well we have finished our Little Ray of Giving Christmas Appeal for another year with over 280 gifts collected for the Salvation Army!

Thank you to our community and clients for getting involved and donating to this cause to help put a smile on the faces of local families this Christmas season.

The Salvation Army have over 1100 families registered for assistance this year and we were so grateful for the opportunity to partner with them and contribute to their mission to give hope where it is needed most!

This holiday season Ray White Lara will be partnering with the Lara Bendigo Bank to support local charities in our community with a toy and food bank drive.

The “Little Ray of Giving” toy drive is Ray White’s very own community charity initiative supporting local families in our region this Christmas. This year our office is supporting the Salvation Army North Side once again in the Little Ray of Giving, an organisation that does wonderful things in Lara and the Northern Suburbs of Geelong. Donations of NEW unwrapped toys can be made at our office at 16 Hicks Street, Lara up until the 12th of December.

The Lara Bendigo Bank will also be collecting non-perishable food items and supermarket vouchers for the Lara Food Relief Giving Tree, with all donations going to Lara families through the Lara Food Relief Program at Holy Trinity Church. You can drop off food donations to the bank’s branch or our office and we will make sure they are collected for the food drive.

This year is particularly hard on families in our community with the request for support growing higher than ever. We would like to extend to everyone in our local community the opportunity to get involved with our toy and food drive and support our region this festive system and make a difference to a local family in need.
