On Tuesday 3rd December our office held our second In-Room Auction Event for 2019 which saw another 6 fantastic properties go under the hammer.
Held at Millars Cafe once again in front of a full house, ray White Victoria’s Chief Auctioneer Matthew Condon kicked things off with the auction of 6 Ingrid Place, Lara which, after hotly contested bidding from 3 parties, sold for an amazing $620,000.
8 Hailar Lane, Lara also sold under the hammer for $535,500 as 2 keen buyers were pushed right to their limits squeezing out $500 bids in an attempt to win the property.
After negotiations between the vendor and sole bidder, 113 Cox Road, Norlane was called on the market and sold for $310,000 to a local investor.
Negotiations are underway for the remaining properties.
