Well, what a year, and decade, we have had here at Ray White Lara!
As we step into our first week back for 2020 let’s recap on what December and the year 2019 brought to us and our clients.
Wrapping up the year we had another great month in Property Management with over 140 open homes and 93 applications processed, a huge effort for our team, leasing 14 properties for the month rounding out the year with a total of 256 properties leased. Our average days on market are sitting at just 14 days so if your property is still on the market with another agent now would be the time to give us a call and take advantage of our pool of tenants competing to secure a property.
December also saw our Sales team hold over 60 open homes and meet over 225 groups of buyers. We also held our second In-Room Auction Event at Millars Cafe with another 6 properties auctioned in front of a full house. Closing off the year our office sold 185 properties, conducted 717 open homes and met over 2,500 buyers.
We already have a great line-up of properties coming to market over the course of January, and are working with a number of buyers to secure them a property this summer, so if you are looking to buy or sell please feel free to contact our sales team so we can assist you with your 2020 property goals.
During December we also wrapped up our annual Little Ray of Giving Christmas Appeal. Partnering with the Salvation Army to support families within our community during the holiday season, our office with the support of our local community was able to raise over 280 gifts to bring a little joy to local families in need. We couldn’t have managed to collect such an incredible amount of donations without the generosity of our community and would like to thank everyone for getting involved.
Kicking things off this year we have had a great first week back with 6 new sales listings already launched to market with plenty more to come in the next few weeks, and already 5 properties leased by our Property Management team.
