What a fantastic first quarter of the financial year we have had here at Ray White Lara! Re-capping our month of September, we certainly have been busy.
A key highlight of September for the team was our Investment Information Evening held at the Lara Bowls Club. The night was a huge success with a room full of clients joining us to hear from local industry experts and gain insights into all areas of investing in property.
We’d like to once again thank our guest speakers for presenting, the team for putting the night together and also everyone who attended this fantastic event.
This month we also saw two members of our sales team, Jordan Tallentyre and Sam Olorenshaw, obtain their full Real Estate Licenses. Supporting our agents in their traineeships to completing their full license, and to have so many fully licensed agents here at Ray White Lara, is something that our Director, Jo, is very proud of.
Our leasing team are still on fire with our September vacancy rate sitting at 0.64%, over one hundred open homes held and plenty of tenants who have missed out and are still trying to secure a property. Some exciting news came out of the Real Estate Business Awards in September with Ray White winning Major Network of the Year for the fourth year running.
