Negotiating the best price is our forte…
Our priority is to achieve the best price for our clients in the shortest time.
We consistently lead the local marketplace with lower than average days on the market for private sale and auctions alike. The secret to our success is driven by our market knowledge, well honed negotiation skills and our ability to attract multiple offers from finely targeted marketing campaigns that are uncompromising in quality copy, signage and photography.

Expect only exceptional communication…
We are committed to keeping our clients in the loop at all times with the aim of providing a stress free and rewarding experience.
We listen to the needs, wants and aspirations of our clients who can be assured of on-going consultation and a choice of sales methods, marketing budget and tools. Regular feedback throughout a campaign and beyond to the finalisation of a sale is simply part of our culture. We make it our business to keep a close eye on what’s really happening in the local market.

We manage property with investment growth at the fore…
Collecting rent on time, recommending ways to maximise rental returns and attracting then inducting the most suitable tenants while minimising vacancy days is all part of the wealth creation focus we adopt in property management. Highly experienced staff along with an integrated suite of services from sales, investment, finance, and insurance through to property management allows a range of needs to be met under the one roof.

Ray White Lara is locally owned and operated by Jo Boothroyd who’s commitment to the local community stretches over 25 years. She has built a team of professionals who are committed to delivering a 10/10 customer experience.
